The Saminator was back in action this week learning the art of the table and drop saws. He and Dave installed the garage attic windows, built a window bench, pulled some of the old ductwork and removed foam insulation in prep for the HVAC team’s arrival.

Dave and Sam also ripped out and rebuilt some bad areas around the front porch, levelled the soffit and facia areas around the house perimeter and set some of the windows and sliders.

Fav brother Chris came by on Wednesday to do some final take-offs, then he, Ryan Kroetsch and Mark MacIntosh began work Thursday morning – figured out the game plan, dropped off some materials and started cutting holes for the duct work.

Friday, Ryan and Mark returned to finish cutting holes, install some duct work and run wires for the sensors and main controls.

The metal roofer should start middle of next week. Trying to source a qualified AND available stone mason is proving very difficult. If you have any leads, please send them along!
