After a few Banhattans and much pondering over the weekend, Dave decided the 2 bedroom dormers needed a haircut. Monday, Dave and Sam did the west side. Tuesday, the east. Two days of hard work to save years of kicking himself.

Wednesday and Thursday they made progress on the soffit and facia. Sam is mastering the art of the drop saw and has earned the new nickname: Mini Trimmy.

Also on Thursday, Tim White of Whiteway Construction, 3 of his 4 sons – Logan, Tristan and Galvin – plus Steve began the plumbing rough in. Doesn’t look like much, but this is HUUUGE!

BTW: Final decision – shower – for the guest room.
