Marty Trapp and his crew arrived at 8:05 this morning and they were cutting openings into our brick facade by 8:21!

Today they are cutting openings and peeling back the brick for the front bay off master bath, west side of house for master bedroom addition, and basically the entire back of the house.

 

The first cut is the pinkest. (Front bay window.)

Emergency call made to nephew Curtis Reitzel at 10:03 this morning. HELP WANTED!

Days end: front bay, master side, and 1/2 the back wall stripped of brick (nicely cleaned and stacked by Curtis).

And we said good-bye to the Manitoba Maple.
