Greg Kroetsch* and his crew of 6 began to assemble out front.

TYPAR house wrap was in place and joists were being installed.

75% of the joists were in and 50% of the subfloor was on.
12:00
Master was done so Dave Black and Marty began securing tarps.

Half the crew started packing up, while the others finished the install.

*Greg is brother to Paul the concrete finisher on site yesterday.

It’s bonkers. 15 days on the job and we’re watertight(ish). Perhaps the first time in the history of home renovations “Under promised / Over delivered”. The pace will slow now b/c the framers have other projects to tend to. DB and Sam will be on their own for a week or 2.
