This guy is a maniac in the best possible way.

Yesterday and today Sam and Dave dealt with loose ends while waiting for the framers. Hopefully they’ll start tomorrow, weather permitting.

Sam did more demo: removing siding, facia, soffits, eavestroughs, yadda, yadda…but the big deal was taking out the fireplace. Jackhammering is gruelling business. He was not intimidated.

Meanwhile, Dave finished running the electrical for the pot lights and a dozen other things, and on top of that, assisted with a purchase in KW for our CA siblings and juggled the closing of Edgemere –  a week today.  Never a dull moment.

And, amongst the chaos – sheer heaven.
